1. Parties
This agreement is entered into by Alex Chen, Jordan Lee, and Taylor Smith (collectively “Roommates”).
2. Rent & Utilities
Total monthly rent of $3,000.00 shall be split equally among all Roommates. Each Roommate is responsible for $1,000.00 per month, due on the 1st of each month.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays, with extended quiet hours on weekends. No parties exceeding 10 guests without prior written consent.
4. Cleaning & Chores
Roommates agree to a rotating weekly cleaning schedule. Common areas must be kept in reasonable condition. Failure to complete assigned chores results in a $20 penalty to the shared supply fund.
