5 Limitation of Liability

Roommate Pact is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from the use of our service—including but not limited to disputes between roommates, financial losses, eviction, or legal consequences. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

7 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Account holders will be notified via email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
